1.3ACTION SUBMITTALS

A.Product Data: For each type of product.

1.Include construction details, material descriptions, dimensions of individual components and profiles, and finishes for lavatories.

2.Include rated capacities, operating characteristics, electrical characteristics, and furnished specialties and accessories.

B.Sustainable Design Submittals:

"Product Data" Subparagraph below applies to LEED (including v4), IgCC, ASHRAE 189.1, and Green Globes for fixtures and equipment that consume water.

1.Product Data: For water consumption.

Retain "Shop Drawings" Paragraph below if automatic, electronic-sensor faucets are required for Project.

C.Shop Drawings: Include diagrams for power, signal, and control wiring of automatic faucets.

1.4INFORMATIONAL SUBMITTALS

Retain "Coordination Drawings" Paragraph below if coordination is required for installation of products and materials by separate installers.

A.Coordination Drawings: Counter cutout templates for mounting of counter-mounted lavatories.

1.5CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS

A.Operation and Maintenance Data: For lavatories and faucets to include in operation and maintenance manuals.

Retain first subparagraph below if automatic, electronic-sensor faucets are required for Project.

1.In addition to items specified in Section 017823 "Operation and Maintenance Data," include the following:

a.Servicing and adjustments of automatic faucets.

1.6MAINTENANCE MATERIAL SUBMITTALS

A.Furnish extra materials that match products installed and that are packaged with protective covering for storage and identified with labels describing contents.

1.Faucet Washers and O-Rings: Equal to [10] <Insert number> percent of amount of each type and size installed.

2.Faucet Cartridges and O-Rings: Equal to [5] <Insert number> percent of amount of each type and size installed.

PART 2 - PRODUCTS

Do not use same lavatory designation as is used for another lavatory in Section 224100 "Residential Plumbing Fixtures," Section 224300 "Medical Plumbing Fixtures," and Section 224600 "Security Plumbing Fixtures."

2.1ENAMELED, CAST-IRON, COUNTER-MOUNTED LAVATORIES

Copy "Lavatory" Paragraph below and re-edit for each type of rectangular, flat-rim, enameled, cast-iron, flush-counter-mounted lavatory required.
