Execute preventive maintenance including comprehensive repairs, software and upgrade installations, and retrofits on ultrasound systems such as GE product line, Supersonic Imagine product line, HP systems, entire ATL/Philips product line, Interspect systems, Medison systems, Sonosite systems, B&K units, Mindray, Toshiba, and Acuson/Siemens systems. Strengthen technical support for diagnostics and repairs through phone and direct on-site assistance.

Conducted installation surveys, installations, and removal of Immuno Assay equipment. Covered the Pacific Northwest area – Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Montana.

Utilized direct and remote diagnostic tools to repair all ATL and ATL Interpec ultrasound systems, UM4, UM5, UM6, UM7, UM8, UM9, UM 400, UM 400C, UM9 HDI, HDI 1000, HDI 1500, HDI 3000, HDI 3500, HDI 5000, XL, CARDIOSCAN, CX/CX200, APOGEE 800, Advanced 3 Dimensional Imagining (A3DI) units, Kodak Integrated Stress Echo Modules (ISEM), and Digital Video Streaming (DVS).

  • Achieved a 95% customer satisfaction rating in the Technical Service Repair Depot by creating a customer-centric workplace environment.

  • Spearheaded the Technical Service Laboratory’s compliance with all ATL, ISO and FDA requirements, resulting in the laboratory passing all ISO and FDA audits.
