Duties & Responsibilities
Pre-Installation survey, Installation, Repairmen & Troubleshooting of all instruments.
As Technical Support Supervisor’s (TSS) goal was to keep all the systems Functional and Well Maintained by the Operators and TS Staff. As TSS must follow each and every service call to be solved in the shortest possible time and in the most economical way. Deliver state-of-the-art services to our customers.
Responsible to resolve all matters that are hindrance in achieving the goal. I take the initiatives, find solutions and get it approved by with National Manager TS.
As Technical Support Supervisor my responsibilities were, to supervise the engineers, assign them new task, to keep check and balance on the engineers, monthly maintenance and inspection of instruments.
As Technical support supervisor work independently in defined territory and will be responsible for the coordination among sales department on day to day issues.
As Technical support supervisor ensure to management that all Field service Engineer fill Technical Service report ON SPOT at the time of working on the instrument

100% responsible for the Preventive Maintenance and Operator Maintenance of all the instruments in territory.
Pre-Installation Survey and ensure availability of everything required for the completion of installation.
Responsible for the safe transportation of the Equipment for new installations / DEMO or pull back of the system from customer site.
Recoveries of sales. Arrange visit plan of area. Sending of Daily call reports to management on daily basis.
Responsible for the Business enhancement & Repeat orders of:
Consumables (such as RG Tubes, KC4D Balls and Cuvettes, sample Cups etc...)
Maintenance Materials Service (PMC and OTV kits)
Maintenance Materials Operator (tubes, lamp, probes, Contrad, Citronox,
System Check, Probe wash etc…)
Prepare Monthly report of territory and submitted by each month to National Manager TS and Director Sales and Technical Support.
Responsibility to get meeting time from Director of Sales & Technical and National Manager TS for the Monthly meeting to discuss territory report.
Communication with the manufacturer, if any information / assistance required.
Give PLANS to management along with TIME LINES to solve pending Service Calls. Manage stock of instruments parts.
Got Service Training on all instruments. Keep updated my knowledge regarding products and keep studying the Operator Manuals / Service manuals, Techweb and complete my assignments.
Keep instrument well maintain and calibrated according to protocol.
Ensure the safety of equipment used for diagnosis, treatment and monitoring.
Managing petty cash & other responsibilities in Lahore Office.
